Do I need to sign up to see the demo?
No. The demo runs in your browser with a sample HVAC company: technicians, customers, jobs and invoices. Nothing you do there is saved or sent anywhere, and it starts fresh each time you open it.
Does it work on my technicians' phones?
Yes. Berm runs in the web browser, so there is no app store download. Technicians get a phone-sized view of their day, and the office can use a computer or tablet.
Can I bring my existing customer list?
Yes. You can import customers, jobs, estimates, invoices and your pricebook from CSV files, including exports from Excel or QuickBooks. Berm gives you a template for each one.
Do my customers need an account?
No. Only your own team signs in to Berm.
Does Berm connect to QuickBooks?
QuickBooks Online sync for invoices and payments is coming soon. Until then you can import records from QuickBooks exports.
Who can see my company's information?
Only the people you add to your team. Each company's records are kept separate in the database, and what each person can do depends on their role.
